Green Today Initiative (GTI)

GTi is a movement created by Fadi Mahmoud to promote the use of green renewable resources in Hawaii - specifically Oahu.

Fadi is starting this initiative by providing either one of the follwing to his clietns buyers and sellers:

1- A brand new 2008 hybrid car to his clients of their choice when clients close a transaction with him in year 2008.

 2- A Photo-voltic solar electricity for the house of buyers or sellers when clients close a transaction with him in year 2008

The goal is to turn Hawaii into a Energy Independent State with the help of all of us.

Fadi GTI movements comes from the fact that technology we have today is already capable in helpoing us reduce our emissions and dependency.

Fadi worked in technology in the silicon valley in California where he designed many computer and software products and also delivered several patents on some of his work there. He also worked and did research in the field of optics through his Master degree from University of New Orleans, with his exposure to working with computer, lasers, polrizaition optics, he understands and aware of the potential of Hawaii solar industry, you can see an example of success in the state and HECO's (Hawaii Electric company) initiative in turning almost every water heater into a solar water heater based on incentives and rewards. We need more of those incentives to turn almost every house into a independent electricity producer through solar energy which we have a lot of it in Hawaii.

1. Applicants must be 18 years or older and be United States residents. 3. GENERAL CONDITIONS: This offer is void where prohibited by law. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Giveaway. The Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, garbled or delayed Internet or e-mail computer entries.
4. Delivery: The prize will be delivered 20 days after the recordation of the transaction or at recordation day by escrow in form of credit towards client from Fadi Mahmoud (Realtor).
   In order to receive a prize, clietns may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where legally permissible, a publicity release, and may also be required to provide additional information (which may include, but not be limited to, social security or other tax information), waivers and releases. clietns will have 10 days to provide all such information after closing or before closing and to execute and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and publicity release. These documents will, among other things, release the Released Parties from any claims, losses, injuries or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Giveaway or the use or receipt of any prizes, and allow the use of the winners name and likeness. Failure to comply with the foregoing, or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, may cause the winner to forfeit their prize and Everything
5. ADVERTISING: Except where prohibited by law or regulation, winner’s acceptance of prize will constitute permission for www.ihomeshawaii.com Show and the to use winner’s name, likeness, and statements for any purpose in reference to this promotion without additional compensation, consideration or consent.

7. This offer is valid for commissions of 3% or more provided by the seller (working with Fadi or with the cooperating broker) for purchasing or selling properties with closing price not less than $2.75 Million per transaction.
8. The prize will be in a form of credit to client sent to hybrid Car dealer or solar dealer of client choice for the benefit of the client at closing of escrow from Fadi and will not exceed $20,000 per each transaction.
9. Client can opt to receive this credit as cash at closing of escrow for other form of green renewable energy if client choose to.
