Fadi Mahmoud is an outstanding real estate agent who performed well above expectations. From the start, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and more than anything else, he was genuine. We met at an open house when I was really not interested in buying, but I was so impressed, I allowed him to send me emails of available properties.
As we became more serious, Fadi was easy to work with and he took the extra time to help us cull out our own requirements and limitations. We were able to distinguish our dreams from the reality of what we could afford. He was always tenacious in seeking out the details you need to make an informed decision. He did in-depth market and neighborhood analysis, and always got back to us on the same day if we had a question he couldn’t answer on the spot.

As first time home buyers, my wife and I knew the importance of finding a real-estate agent who is not only knowledgeable about the real-estate market but also pays close attention to our needs.
